| Dh and I have decided to stop ttc and start the process to adopt a newborn. We are so excited. While Im sad I wont experience pregnancy, we are thrilled to begin this new part of our lives. We have unexplained infertility and have been ttc for three years. The doctors wanted me to do injectible drugs. They are very expensive and I was concerned about long term health effects. While I support anyone who does this or ivf, it is not the right choice for us right now. Any advice or thoughts you want to share? We are going to begin the process as soon as my school lets out for summer break in two weeks. |

She took the twins when they were cute little eight year olds but five years later when her sil special needs three year old got taken away, she didnt take her. She didnt take her because she says she wanted her own and couldnt take on three kids plus ttc her own. Well wesaw how that turned out. The special needs get was non verbal violent and had issued with poop smearing. She needed Stork and Stork let her down

DeleteAs a mother of a special needs child, I know thatfif what you say is true, she did what was best for that 3 year old. It's a lot of work and strain (emotional, physical, mental, financial) to raise a child with special needs. She made the wise decision of not taking on too much and giving that child a better opportunity to be with a family who *could* take care of her. And unless you have been a foster or adoptive mother, you really have no right to judge her.
