      Of course it is. People love racism, as evidence by the fact that the mere mention of a movie producer who happens to be black is now proof of racism. They'll find racism whether it's there or not. Do you think race would have been mentioned if she'd used a white movie producer??? I was going to say no, but that's probably wishful thinking, too. Is she'd named a white producer, that would have been proof of her racism since it would be obvious that she's suggesting that black people aren't intelligent or successful enough to accomplish such a thing.
