    That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Do they seriously think this contract supersedes the law?! My kid wouldn't be signing anything.

      Exactly. He and his parents seem dishonest and dumb by trying to keep her parents out of the loop. She is a minor; she can't sign a legally binding contract without a parent signature as well.

    idiot people, dont they know minors cant enter into contracts? Lol. Id love to see them bring that to a judge. "But your honor she promised she wouldnt say it was rape!!"
    I can get anything I want signed and notarized, it means nothing.

    You guys are all supposing that his parents are really the ones behind this "contract". I'm willing to bet it's all him, which is why he freaked out when the girl mentioned that she told her mom about it.
